By downloading, installing, or using BatchCraft ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.

The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules as set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
The app offers a one-time "Pro" purchase that permanently unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not handle any payment or billing information. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Offer codes may be redeemed through the app. Offer codes are subject to the terms and conditions set by the developer and Apple at the time of issuance.
The app, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Yuxuan Xiao and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the app.
Photos you edit using the app remain your property. The app does not claim any rights to your content.
All photos and media you import into the app are processed locally on your device. The developer has no access to your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and export using the app.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the app.
The developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
